These wonderful modern backgrounds were created for IN THE BAG. This starring vehicle for Ranger J. Audubon Woodlore and Humphrey the Bear featured a snazzy musical number by staff composer and former theatre organist Oliver Wallace.
Even the backgrounds have a certain humor about them!

ReplyDeleteIt absolutely amazed me how, when seeing In the Bag on DVD, I not only immediately remembered the the song, but even the lyrics! And on completed end of a National Parks-heavy degree in Tourism and Heritage, their shorts are a million times funnier than they ever have been ^_^
Oh Mr. Maltin, please give us a full set of Woodlore and Humphrey cartoons!
